COLOMBIA PATRIA MIA

TARZAN exists, but he's a Colombian guy !!!
His real name is KAPAX;  he swims the
Amazon River instead of flying around.
Here he's holding a gigantic anaconda, very
common in the Colombian Amazon Jungle.
(they taste like chicken, just like everything else)

JUAN VALDEZ:  Now a Hollywood superstar !!
The renowned symbol of Colombian coffee walks around
Hollywood after participating in the movie "Bruce Almighty".
When Jim Carrey, invested with all God superpowers,
asked for a good coffee, Juan Valdez appeared with his
donkey "Conchita", and a cup of the best quality coffee
in the world.

A brainy question made abroad:
  - Is it true that Juan Valdez harvests all the Colombian coffee?
  - Yes, indeed he works very hard since early this morning.

"THE GOLDEN", This is the real Guatavita lagoon:
In this lagoon, the leader of the Muisca tribe used to get powder gold baths to honor the gods.  "The Dorado" story attracted many of those 'altruistic' gentlemen who came to 'civilize' the New world, but they were fooled and never could find the big treasure.

Several people have tried inventive ways to drain the lagoon, never lowering the level more than a few meters and recovering only a small number of jewelry pieces. The lagoon is located in the crater of an inactive volcano that has effectively safeguarded the gold for the gods.

Balsa Muisca (287 g. Gold)
This aboriginal piece represents the celebration of the Golden.
The Muisca leader used to dive in the middle of the Guatavita
lagoon covered in gold dust, while others threw gold pieces
and emeralds.
